Why HanaRa Life Energy Pilates?
These will raise your awareness of your body's energy and  strength which enhanced 
through special natural  breathing  and relaxation technique.
The idea is that you develop a stable core through  series of movements and positions, 
which focused  on your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. The  exercises activate the 
deepest layer of your  abdominal muscles, necessary for stabilizing your  back and pelvis.
Many HanaRa Life Energy Pilates exercises are  performed on your hands and knees, which 
is ideal  position for pregnancy. Adopting this position can  take some of the strain off your 
back and pelvis,  and, toward the end of your pregnancy, may help to get your baby into the 
right position for birth.
What happen to your body
Your body will physically, emotionally and hormonally change during pregnancy and 
postpartum periods. As your baby grows bigger, your tummy and pelvic floor muscle are 
under strain, the hormone relaxin is making your ligaments more pliable and stretch more 
than usual.
These changes cause pain and dysfunction during prenatal:
·Pain in the spine / back pain
·Pain in hips, pelvis and lower extremities
·Reduction of lung capacity / hard to breathe
·Numbness
